All of our meals are freshly prepared on the premises using local produce from from local suppliers (where possible). Eggs are free range. Please inform us when booking if you have any special dietary needs.
Breakfast is served each morning beyween 8.00 and 9.30am.
Dinner is served from 6.30pm with the last sitting at 8pm Monday to Saturday and 7.30pm on Sunday.
(Sorry if this is earlier than you are used to but it can be a long day!!).
Fresh fruit juices (orange, grapefruit, apple)
A selection of cereals, homade granola, homemade muesli, fruit salad or yohgurt.
Porridge
Toast (homemade bread) with Raydale preserves.
Homemade croissants with butter and Raydale preserves.
Any combination or all of:
Sausage, bacon, black pudding, eggs (cooked however you like), tomato, mushrooms.

Vegetarian selection - Vegetarian sausage, eggs (however you like,) tomato, mushrooms, baked beans.

Smoked salmon and scrambled egg

Eggy Bread

Boiled eggs with soldiers

Pancakes with bacon and maple syrup.
Blueberry Pancakes

Omlette (Ham, cheese, mushroom or plain).

Yorkshire ham and Wensleydale cheese.
A selection of teas or freshly brewed coffee.
Green pea soup with mint and cream.
Ravioli with rich beef ragout.
Asparagus with parmesan and a crispy egg.
Honey glazed pork loin with sage and onion potatoes.
Lamb shanks with mashed potatoes.
Pan fried salmon with brown caper butter and new potatoes.
Gressingham Duck breast with red wine sauce and dauphinoise potatoes.
Chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream and a raspberry puree.
Panacotta with mixed berry compote.
Selection of local cheeses.
Tea or coffee.
Vegetarian menu available on request.
