FOR RESERVATIONS:

Low Mill is a Grade 2 listed cornmill. All the guest bedrooms are situated on the first floor. Please see the ACCESS STATEMENT below for further information and details.

On booking we require a 10% non- refundable deposit for the cost of your stay. Payment by cheque or credit card. Please may cheques payble to Low Mill Guesthouse.

We have car parking on site. Please note that cars are parked entirely at owner's risk.

Late cancellations - cancellations less than 48 hours from date of arrival are liable to be charged for the cost of the stay.

You can check in from 3pm on the day of arrival. Please inform us in advance if you intend to arrive later than 6pm.

If you are eating with us on the day of arrival please note the latest sitting is 8pm (7.30pm on Sundays).

Check out - please check out and settle charges by 10.30am on your day of departure.

Please inform us 24hrs in advance if you intend to eat with us on the night of your arrival and of any specific dietary requirements. Please let us know 24 hours in advance what you wish to order. We would appreciate it if you let us know at breakfast if you wil be eating with us that evening.

Please note if you have pet allergies we have a resident dog and cat. We are dog friendly but dogs are not allowed in the dining room or on the beds.

Due to the nature of the building we feel Low Mill is unsuitable for small children, thus we do not accept children between the ages of 11 months and 8 years.

Low Mill is a non smoking establishment.

Alcohol - As we are licensed we ask that guests do not drink there own alcohol in the public areas of Low Mill and Grounds.

We accept dogs in rooms but not in all public areas. There is a charge
of £10.00 per dog, 50% of which will be donated to the Blue Cross.

We have secure storage for bikes.

We give a 25% discount on room rates for single occupancy.
